WagBot lets you customize and manage a website entirely through conversation, instead of using a dashboard or learning a website builder, you send messages in plain language (for example, "update my headline to..." or "add a photo") and your live website updates accordingly. WagBot currently operates through Discord, with support for additional messaging platforms anticipated in the future.
By creating an account or otherwise using WagBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WagBot. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
WagBot is a hosted website service that allows users to manage website content by sending messages to a chat bot, currently operated through Discord. Messages are processed by third-party AI services to interpret your natural language input and convert it into platform commands that update your website.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice. Some features may be designated as beta or experimental and may be discontinued or changed at any time.
AI is used solely to interpret and process the commands you send to the bot. AI is not used to generate, write, or create content on your behalf. All content published to your site originates from you.
When you create a WagBot account, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including without limitation for violation of these Terms.
From time to time we may grant beta access to WagBot, including through beta access codes that provide temporary or permanent free access to the Service.
You agree not to use WagBot to publish, transmit, host, distribute, or otherwise make available any content, or engage in any conduct, that:

WagBot uses third-party AI services to interpret your natural language messages and convert them into commands that update your website. The specific AI provider used may change without notice. The current provider is Google Gemini.
You acknowledge and agree that:
WagBot currently operates through Discord. To use the Service, you must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Your Discord User ID is stored by WagBot and used for authentication.
Silver Arrow Web LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of Discord. Changes to Discord's platform, APIs, or terms may affect the Service, and we are not liable for any resulting impact.
WagBot, including the platform's software, code, design, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by Silver Arrow Web LLC and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through WagBot. By publishing content through the Service, you grant Silver Arrow Web LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and otherwise process your content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you publish, and that your content does not violate these Terms or any third party's rights.
If you believe content hosted on WagBot infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated DMCA agent at the contact information listed in Section 19. Your notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including:
We will respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with applicable law and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
WagBot offers monthly ($49.99/month) and annual ($499.99/year) subscription plans. We may change pricing from time to time; price changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and your site will be deactivated. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.
Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge and will notify you. If payment is not received within a reasonable grace period, your account may be suspended or terminated.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment services is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Stripe.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties associated with your subscription, except for taxes based on our net income.
We strive to keep WagBot available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Service unavailability, downtime, delays, or interruptions.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor content published through WagBot. We reserve the right to access any customer site for moderation, security, and operational purposes.
We may, at our sole discretion and at any time:
We will generally attempt to notify users of violations before terminating an account, but we are not required to do so. Repeat or serious violations may result in immediate and permanent termination without notice. We are not obligated to provide an appeals process, though we may choose to do so.
Upon cancellation or termination of your account, your website and associated data will be deactivated and permanently deleted immediately. There is no grace period or soft-delete window.
We strongly recommend that you export or otherwise back up any content you wish to retain before cancelling your account or taking any action that may result in termination. (Note: as of the date of these Terms, a built-in export feature may not be available; you remain responsible for retaining copies of your content by whatever means available to you.)
For beta accounts, data may be deleted at any time without notice, regardless of cancellation status.
We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from cancellation, termination, beta data deletion, or any other event.
WagBot relies on a number of third-party services to provide the Service, including, without limitation:
Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of any third-party service, or for any outage, change, or discontinuation that affects WagBot.
Your messages to the bot are transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for command interpretation. AI providers may handle this data in accordance with their own terms and policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SILVER ARROW WEB LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, BE SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI INTERPRETATION OF YOUR COMMANDS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SILVER ARROW WEB LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at the address in Section 19 and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider (such as JAMS or the American Arbitration Association) selected by mutual agreement of the parties, or, if the parties cannot agree, selected by the party initiating arbitration from among such providers. Arbitration shall be conducted under the provider's then-current consumer arbitration rules. Arbitration shall take place remotely, or in the county where you reside, or at another location mutually agreed by the parties. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND SILVER ARROW WEB LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically at least thirty (30) days) by email to the address associated with your account and/or by posting a notice on our website or through the chat bot.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Your WagBot site is publicly accessible to anyone on the internet. Do not publish anything you would not want the world to see. Treat every command you send to the bot — and every piece of content that results from it — as effectively public information.
The chat bot is a tool of the Service. Abusing it — including prompt injection, spam, attempting to manipulate the AI, or attempting to access other accounts or data — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
If you connect a custom domain to your WagBot site, configuring and maintaining DNS records is your responsibility. We do not guarantee DNS propagation timelines or successful resolution, and we are not responsible for issues caused by your DNS configuration or your DNS provider.
We reserve the right to access any customer site at any time for moderation, security, and operational purposes.
If your site collects contact form submissions or other visitor data, those submissions are stored by the platform. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable privacy laws (including, where applicable, the GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations) with respect to data collected from your site's visitors, including providing any required notices, disclosures, and lawful basis for processing.
